We will take care of planning drawings and documents for submission to local authorities, sometimes involving other professionals depending on the project's complexity. Once all approvals are in place, we will work with other professionals from our trusted network of consultants in order to prepare a tender package of technical drawings and specifications for the contractors to accurately price and build from. During this stage, we can also help you with the selection of internal finishes and fittings, as well as the design of bespoke joinery elements, including kitchens, fitted wardrobes and bookshelves.
