This project is born from the desire to provide a concrete answer to the needs of people inside an office. Permeability, flexibility, collaboration, connection, innovative solutions and biophilic design are the elements that set this project apart.
Luxury Brand HQ, is a project to renovate an entire floor of an office building, in Assago Milanofiori, for the new headquarters of a luxury jewellery brand. The creative process started from studying the needs of the end users, by shaping the space around them. The layout, with an open floor plan, is adaptable and flexible, in order to respond to both the company’s current and future needs.
The layout has open plan desk areas, distributed along the perimeter to allow for direct relationship with the outside, while also ensuring natural daylight provision within the space. Meeting and other support functions are located along the central core. A key element in terms of well-being and adaptability of the space, is the presence of decompression and break-out areas evenly distributed along the entire floorplate. These feature soundproof curtains that can be used to partially seclude the space for informal one-to-one meetings.

The flexibility of the space is emphasized by the use of foldable partitions in the meeting rooms, which give the opportunity to adapt the layout to different configurations and /or join them together depending on the intended use. The use of exposed wooden surfaces, fabrics, and greenery combined with a pastel colour palette, create a calm and relaxing environment that helps foster creative ideas, concentration and collaboration.
Another important element of the design is sustainability, which has been enhanced through the use of low-carbon footprint materials, smart building solutions, and biophilic design.

Our choice of internal finishes was meticulously curated to set the property apart from similar offerings in the market. The warm wood flooring beautifully contrasts with the mint-coloured kitchen cabinets and almond-white walls. The bathroom floor is adorned with terrazzo tiles that harmonize with the glazed tiles on the walls and the oak vanity units and shelves. Matte black bathroom fittings seamlessly blend with the ironmongery and radiators found throughout the flat. Stylish in-built wardrobes and under-stair storage cupboards combine both aesthetics and functional use.
Prioritizing energy efficiency, we invested in new double-glazed windows, floor insulation, a combi boiler, and LED lighting throughout the flat.
