CIAO successfully completed a dynamic mixed-use development, comprising 19 residential flats and one commercial unit, strategically positioned at a prominent junction within Brentwood Town Centre.
Our client acquired the property with the planning approval for the scheme originally designed by Studio 303 and CIAO was subsequently appointed to deliver the project on site working through RIBA Stages 3 to 6.
During the construction phase we also acted as Contract Administrator on behalf of our Client, liaising with the Main Contractor and Lender as part of the monthly valuations.
