In the stunning Italian Alps, we embarked on a project to design a private residential house that combines modern living with environmental sensitivity. Our vision sought to fuse architecture with the natural landscape, which features terraced vineyards. The main residence is built using a cross-laminated timber structure, carefully adhering to passive house standards.

We have been appointed as client representatives to coordinate and oversee the delivery of a development of six flats and one family house in West London.

The client purchased this site with planning approval for the demolition of the existing property and the construction of a block of a luxury development for six flats and one family house in Ealing. Our appointment involved the preparation of a tender package for the contractor to price from and act as client representatives as part of the Design and Build Contract.

Furthermore, we ensured all units including the detached family house, are designed to be fully accessible and adaptable. The ground floor flat, in particular, has been meticulously designed to meet wheelchair accessibility standards, underscoring our commitment to creating inclusive living spaces.
