01 PROJECT APPRAISAL
Every project starts with a tailored feasibility study that reveals the true potential of your property. We explore design options, assess site capacity, and identify where value can be added, helping you evaluate financial viability.A dedicated architect will guide you through the process, offering honest advice on space, budget, and timescales. Together, we will refine your ideas into a clear, achievable plan, setting a strong foundation for the next stage of your project.
02 EARLY DESIGN STAGE
Starting from your brief, we explore a range of design options to find the best solutions for your needs, your property, and your goals. For more complex or larger-scale projects, we also carry out early consultations with local authorities, neighbours, and other key stakeholders. This thoughtful approach helps smooth the path through planning and improves the chances of a positive outcome.
03 NAVIGATING PLANNING
We handle all planning drawings and documents required for submission to the local authority. Depending on the complexity of your project, we carefully bring together the necessary reports and supporting information to strengthen your case and give your planning application the best possible chance of approval.
04 DEFINING THE DETAILS
Once planning approval is in place, we work alongside our trusted consultants—structural and civil engineers, MEP specialists, and others—to prepare a detailed tender package. This includes all technical drawings and specifications required for contractors to accurately price and build your project. We also take care of discharging planning conditions and ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. During this stage, we can also assist with selecting internal finishes and designing bespoke joinery elements such as kitchens, wardrobes, and bookshelves, tailored to your needs.
05 CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY
Once construction begins, we can act as your representatives on site, overseeing the build and administering the contract to help ensure everything stays on track—on time, on budget, and to the expected quality. We coordinate with the wider team, manage monthly valuations, and keep the project moving smoothly towards successful completion.
