We have been recently granted planning approval for the extension and conversion of a former Victorian Hospital located in Clapham into 8 high end flats. The works will involve the enlargement of the existing basement and the addition of a side extension in keeping with the existing character of the building. In order to optimise the use of the space, the Interior will be completely re-arranged by relocating the stair in a central position. This will allow the creation of double aspect units throughout the development.
