The scheme is for the refurbishment of a high end flat in a building of townscape merit located within the Soho conservation area.

A second stage of the project will also involve the construction of a terrace at roof level, through the addition of  two glazed volumes: one with the function of stair enclosure and the other one for the kitchen/bar area
