CIAO has been instructed to deliver the Technical design for a residential development of 64 flats in Stevenage, originally designed by Add Architects. Due to its proximity to Railway and Highway and the presence of a main sewer running across the site, careful consideration had to be taken in the construction methodology as well as the structural design. In this process we have been aided by the multidisciplinary firm Hydrock Engineering. The project is now in the tender process and construction is expected to start on site in January 2021.
