We have been appointed to deliver six luxury residential units and a family house in Ealing. The site was originally a single dwelling which will be demolished to accommodate a three storey modern building with a brick facade and a zinc roof.
We have been in close contact with the planning department in order to discharge the numerous conditions that require an attention to detail and a high performance building. Solar panels and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system will be installed along with triple glazed windows and above standard acoustics between each unit. All units, including the detached dwelling house, are to be accessible and adaptable, with the ground floor flat fully compliant with wheelchair access.
We are currently on site with an expected completion date in Spring 2022.
